MCL had an existing 1.0 site they had vastly outgrown. Unable to quickly and comfortably make new announcements or updates without breaking the design—and no mechanism for accepting donations—they were ready for something better … We conceived a Joomla 1.5-enabled site allowing them to be SEO-happy and making content updating a snap.
